Key Responsibilities:
Test Strategy Development: Create and establish a comprehensive test strategy that aligns with the project's objectives and quality goals.

Test Planning: Develop test plans outlining the scope, objectives, resources, and timelines for testing activities.

Test Team Management: Build and lead a team of testers, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring their performance.

Test Case Design: Define and oversee the creation of test cases and test scripts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

Test Execution: Coordinate and monitor the execution of test cases, making sure that all testing phases are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Defect Management: Establish and manage defect tracking and reporting processes, ensuring that issues are properly documented, tracked, and resolved.

Test Environment Setup: Ensure the availability of the necessary testing environments, tools, and data to support testing activities.

Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in the project and assess their impact on quality, developing strategies to mitigate these risks.

Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze relevant quality metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders on the status of testing and quality.

Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements within the QA team and across the organization by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
