Key Responsibilities:
Job Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical job requirements, skills, and qualifications necessary for open positions.

Sourcing Candidates: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.

Technical Assessments: Administer technical assessments or tests to evaluate candidates' skills and knowledge, ensuring they meet the requirements of the job.

Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience by offering timely feedback, clear communication, and a professional and respectful approach.

Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to verify candidates' professional history and qualifications.

Offer Negotiation: Facilitate and negotiate offers, discussing compensation, benefits, and other terms with candidates, and addressing any concerns or questions.

Talent Pipelining: Maintain relationships with candidates who may not be immediately suitable for a role but could be a fit for future positions.

Data Management and Reporting: Keep detailed records of candidate interactions and activities in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
