Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Suppliers: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, vendors, and contractors, and establish relationships with them to ensure a reliable supply of goods and services.

Vendor Negotiations: Negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and pricing with suppliers to obtain the best possible value for the organization.

Cost Control: Monitor and control procurement costs, seeking opportunities to reduce expenses and improve cost-efficiency.

Supplier Evaluation: Continuously assess supplier performance, quality, reliability, and compliance with contractual agreements, and take corrective actions as needed.

Inventory Management: Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize excess inventory or stockouts, maintaining a balance to support operations effectively.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that procured goods and services meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, and address any quality-related issues with suppliers.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement, such as supply chain disruptions, geopolitical risks, or supplier financial instability.

Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Technology Integration: Utilize procurement software and tools to automate processes, track purchasing data, and improve efficiency.

Compliance: Ensure that procurement practices and transactions comply with legal and ethical standards, including industry regulations and company policies.
