Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential customers or leads through various means such as cold calling, email marketing, networking, and social media.

Prospecting: Research and qualify leads to determine if they are a good fit for the product or service offered.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and how they address customer needs.

Customer Needs Assessment: Understand the specific needs and challenges of potential customers, and tailor the sales approach to address those needs.

Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the value proposition and benefits of the product or service.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers and prospects to build trust and rapport, which can lead to long-term partnerships.

Objection Handling: Be prepared to address and overcome objections or concerns that potential customers may have during the sales process.

Closing Deals: Actively work to convert leads into paying customers by effectively closing sales and securing commitments.

Sales Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and track sales performance using key metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue generated, and sales pipeline data, and report this information to management.

Customer Follow-up and Support: Provide ongoing support to customers after the sale to ensure their needs are met and address any issues that may arise. Happy customers are more likely to become repeat customers and refer others.
