Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for operational matters.

Account Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client accounts to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives.

Service Delivery: Oversee the successful execution and delivery of services, products, or projects to meet client requirements and expectations.

Account Planning: Develop account plans that outline the strategic objectives, key milestones, and action steps needed to achieve client goals.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues, concerns, or escalations from clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and assess the performance of client accounts and the services being provided.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, then work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.

Contract Management: Manage client contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and obligations.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service quality, and present these findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to align account strategies, resolve client issues, and explore opportunities for growth.
