Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to join our team as we work in partnership with various corporate clients to implement CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of CSR initiatives, working closely with corporate clients and our internal operations team to drive meaningful social and environmental impact. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for CSR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for CSR donors establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
· Understand and align with the CSR objectives and expectations of each donor.
· Collaborate with donors to develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
· Oversee the end-to-end execution of CSR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
· Work closely with internal operations teams to allocate resources and ensure project success.
· Identify and engage relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, to support project goals.
· Foster partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, and other key stakeholders to enhance project impact.
· Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective project implementation.
· Allocate and optimize resources to meet project goals and deliverables.
· Prepare regular reports and updates for corporate clients, highlighting project progress, achievements, and challenges.
· Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies.
· Proactively address challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables, adhering to relevant standards and best practices.
Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's degree in business administration or project management is a plus.
· Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or related role, preferably in the CSR or nonprofit sector.
· Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and risk management.
