Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs.

Client Needs Assessment: Understand the unique needs and objectives of each client, and work to align the company's products or services with those needs.

Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans to ensure that the client's goals and expectations are met or exceeded.

Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to update them on project status, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

Product/Service Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products or services, as well as industry trends, to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns, collaborating with internal teams as needed to find solutions.

Contract and Agreement Management: Ensure that contracts, agreements, and service-level agreements (SLAs) are understood and adhered to by both parties.

Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients, contributing to revenue growth.

Data Analysis: Analyze account performance and usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and use this data to inform decision-making.

Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from clients to gain insights into their satisfaction and areas for improvement, and use this feedback to enhance the client experience.
