Business Process Modeling: Creating process flow diagrams and documentation to represent existing and proposed business processes, allowing for optimization and automation.

Data Analysis: Analyzing data to extract meaningful insights, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for decision-making.

Use Case and User Story Development: Creating use cases or user stories that describe how system functionality meets business needs and documenting these in a clear and structured format.

Functional Specifications: Translating business requirements into functional specifications that developers and designers can use to build and test solutions.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitating communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and understanding.

Quality Assurance: Ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and are free from defects through testing and validation processes.

Change Management: Assisting in managing the impact of changes on the organization, including training, documentation, and communication plans.

Project Management: Contributing to project planning, monitoring progress, and managing scope changes to ensure that projects stay on track and deliver value.
