Role: Area Collection Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of collection agents, ensuring they meet their targets and providing guidance and support as needed.

Portfolio Analysis: Analyze the outstanding debt portfolio for the assigned area, identifying high-risk accounts and prioritizing collection efforts.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement collection strategies that align with the organization's goals and policies, including determining when and how to contact debtors.

Target Setting: Set clear and achievable collection targets for the area, and monitor progress toward these targets.

Risk Assessment: Assess the credit risk associated with individual accounts and make decisions regarding settlements, payment plans, or legal actions.

Legal Compliance: Ensure that all collection activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including debt collection laws and fair debt practices.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on the area's collection performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to higher management.

Customer Relations: Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with debtors, while effectively negotiating and persuading them to repay their debts.

Training and Development: Train and develop collection agents in negotiation techniques, compliance, and company policies to enhance their effectiveness.

Budget Management: Manage the budget for the collection operations in the area, including allocating resources, controlling expenses, and optimizing cost-effectiveness.
Experience: 3 years of experience in hard core 90+bucket collection.and handle team of collection .
