Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business goals, including workforce planning and talent management.

Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal processes, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to employees and managers to improve performance.

Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering professional growth and development.

Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, incentives, and benefits packages, to attract and retain talent.

Workforce Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization, creating an inclusive workplace that values differences.

Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to assess and report on HR key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.

Organizational Development: Lead change management initiatives, manage organizational culture, and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.
