Role: Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans, including preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to keep equipment and facilities in good working condition.

Budget Management: Create and manage the O&M budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet operational needs while controlling costs.

Resource Allocation: Allocate personnel, materials, and equipment effectively to support daily operations and maintenance activities.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure that operations and maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry-specific requirements.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of equipment and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficiency-enhancing measures.

Vendor and Contractor Management: Collaborate with contractors and vendors for outsourced maintenance services, manage contracts, and ensure work is completed satisfactorily.

Team Management: Supervise, train, and manage maintenance staff, providing guidance, motivation, and support for the team.

Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans to address unexpected issues, breakdowns, or disasters, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of all assets and equipment, track their condition, and plan for replacements or upgrades as necessary.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and incident reports, and provide regular reports to higher management on O&M operations and expenditures.
Experience: 8 Years to 10 years in Telecom O&M in Passive Infra work
Salary: up to 6 Lacs per annum
