Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy: Develop and refine the business strategy to set clear objectives, define the company's mission and vision, and outline the path to growth and profitability.

Financial Management: Manage the company's finances effectively, including budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and seeking funding or financing when necessary.

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes are efficient, costs are controlled, and quality standards are maintained.

Marketing and Sales: Create and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain customers, grow the customer base, and increase revenue.

Product/Service Development: Continuously improve and innovate products or services to meet customer needs and stay competitive in the market.

Human Resources: Manage HR functions, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations, to build a skilled and motivated workforce.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the business complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and manage legal affairs such as contracts and intellectual property.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and addressing their needs and concerns.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, including market fluctuations, economic challenges, and other potential threats to the business's sustainability.
