Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Create or update training materials and course content, ensuring they are up to date with the latest Python programming concepts and best practices.

Instruction and Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, or classes, providing clear and engaging instruction in Python programming, emphasizing hands-on learning and practical examples.

Skill Assessment: Assess the knowledge and skills of trainees through assignments, quizzes, and tests, and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.

Customized Training: Tailor training programs to the specific needs and goals of individual learners or organizations, adapting content and pace accordingly.

Problem Solving: Assist trainees in solving programming challenges and debugging code, helping them overcome common obstacles and errors.

Support and Guidance: Offer one-on-one assistance and guidance to learners, answering questions and providing additional resources as needed.

Mentoring and Coaching: Provide mentorship to help learners understand complex concepts and develop good programming practices.

Stay Current: Stay up to date with the latest developments in Python and related technologies, sharing new knowledge with trainees.

Project Work: Assign and oversee projects or exercises to give learners practical experience in Python programming.

Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from trainees to continually improve the training program and adapt to evolving learner needs.
