Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Understand their needs and objectives to better serve them.

Account Planning: Create comprehensive account plans that outline the client's goals, challenges, and the strategy for meeting or exceeding those goals.

Customer Needs Analysis: Understand the specific needs of each key account and align your products or services to meet those needs effectively.

Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the account's business with the company to increase revenue and profitability.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to develop and execute strategic plans to meet client objectives.

Risk Management: Monitor the health of key accounts and identify potential risks or issues early on to proactively address them.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring open and effective communication at all levels.

Customer Satisfaction: Regularly gather feedback from key accounts and work to ensure their satisfaction with the company's products, services, and support.

Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns raised by key clients promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to resolving problems and maintaining client trust.

Reporting and Analysis: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales performance, and other relevant data. Use this data to analyze account performance and make data-driven decisions.
