IT Governance: Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant IT operations.

Infrastructure Management: Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, data centers, and cloud services.

Project Management: Supervise IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Vendor and Supplier Management: Select and manage third-party vendors and technology providers to support the organization's IT needs.
