Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement a quality assurance strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Quality Control and Testing: Oversee and manage the quality control and testing processes to ensure that products or services meet or exceed established quality standards.
Quality Standards and Procedures: Establish and maintain quality standards, guidelines, and procedures for the organization to follow.
Team Leadership: Manage and provide leadership to a team of quality analysts, testers, and quality assurance professionals, ensuring they are well-trained and aligned with quality goals.
Testing Plans: Develop comprehensive testing plans that outline the scope, objectives, and methodologies for quality assurance and testing efforts.
Test Automation: Implement and manage test automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify defects, issues, and discrepancies in products or services through rigorous testing and implement corrective actions.
Reporting and Metrics: Prepare and present reports on quality performance, test results, and key performance indicators to management and relevant stakeholders.
Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that quality and testing processes comply with industry-specific standards, regulations, and certifications.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the quality assurance and testing processes and work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
