Role & Responsibilities
Resource would be responsible for-
· Demand Planning- Requirement sizing in collaboration with user group which would require deep understanding of IT Procurement (Hardware, Software, Services etc.) methodology/ BOM validation/ Cross functional Input gathering, OEM quotable BOM finalization etc.
· Procurement- RFP Process, Vendor Selection, Price Negotiation, Commercial Closure, Procurement benchmarking, OEM Rate Contracts etc.
· Order Management- Responsible for Order to vendor payment for all allocated categories
· Purchase SPOC – for all Group companies’ requirement in terms of purchase and order processing, would handle a small team for complete operations.
· Contracting- Should have knowledge of commercial contracting/ terms negotiation with OEM/ named suppliers/ multiple geography vendors etc.
· Need to Manage multiple strategic stakeholder relationships across operations enablement team, sales support, and vendor teams
· Vendor Management- responsible for end-to-end vendor base management from vendor evaluation, selection, On boarding and then from Procurement to all related deliverables till delivery/ service contract closure
· Spend Management- Responsible for assigned category spend management (Data analysis around assigned category spend/ market benchmarking/ devising methods to improve the spend using better processes/ negotiation levers etc.)

Qualification
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
· Experience in vendor management/operations management, and scaled organizations
· Good knowledge of supplier market
· Contracting and negotiation
· Have at least 10 years of procurement / supply chain experience and at least 5 years of direct procurement experience in IT/ ITES industry
· Knowledge in Invoice processing and GST requirements
· Thorough understanding of the Procurement Function/ Methodologies.
