Role: Lead Graphic Designer

Technical Proficiency: Stay updated on the latest design software and tools, ensuring that the design team has the necessary resources to excel in their work.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, provide cost estimates, and manage finances related to design projects to ensure they stay within budget constraints.

Research and Development: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging design techniques, and technological advancements to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation.

Problem Solving: Address design challenges creatively, find solutions to design problems, and adapt to changing project requirements.
