Role: Instructional Desinger
Key Respomsiblities:
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough analyses to determine the learning needs and goals of the target audience.
Curriculum Development: Create comprehensive learning objectives and design a structured curriculum to meet those objectives.
Content Creation: Develop or curate instructional content, including text, multimedia, and interactive materials.
Storyboarding: Create visual representations of the course layout and interactions, providing a blueprint for development.
Instructional Design Models: Apply established models like ADDIE or SAM (Successive Approximation Model) to guide the design process effectively.
Assessment Design: Develop assessments, quizzes, and evaluations that align with learning objectives to measure learner progress.
Technology Integration: Utilize e-learning platforms, authoring tools, and educational technology to deliver content efficiently.
Multimedia Integration: Enhance learning experiences by incorporating multimedia elements such as videos, graphics, and simulations.
Accessibility: Ensure that all course materials are accessible to learners with disabilities, adhering to accessibility standards.
Feedback and Iteration: Collect and analyze feedback from learners and stakeholders to continually improve course materials and instructional strategies.
