Role: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for definition and deployment of Havells EHS program across all of its premises to ensure full EHS compliance and continual improvement in all area.
Focus all facilities on EHS compliance as an overriding expectation for which everyone will be held accountable.
Conducts risk reviews, compliance audits and internal assessment of facility
Professional Knowledge require:-
* Extensive knowledge of Safety & Environmental laws and regulations, local current and upcoming legislation and current best EHS practices.
* Adequate technical knowledge in ESG (such as: WWTP, ZLD, Waste, Water, Air emissions, Audit and Inspection, Industrial Hygiene, Hazard communication, Ergonomics, Lab safety, Process safety and EHS Management Systems).
* Project management knowledge and experience.

Qualification - B.Tech/Diploma (Fire Safety, Health or Environment)
Experience - 7 - 16 years
