Role: UX Designer

Key responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and preferences of the target audience, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

Information Architecture: Create the structure and organization of information within a product, ensuring that content and features are logically and intuitively arranged.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize the user interface and test design concepts before development.

Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback from users and identify areas for improvement.

Interaction Design: Design and define user interactions, including navigation, buttons, forms, and other interactive elements, to ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey.

Visual Design: Create a visually appealing and consistent user interface that aligns with the brand and enhances the overall user experience.

Accessibility: Ensure that the product is accessible to individuals with disabilities by following accessibility guidelines and best practices, such as WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

User Testing and Feedback: Continuously gather user feedback and data to refine and optimize the product's user experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to align design with business goals and technical constraints.

Documentation and Communication: Create design documentation, style guides, and design specifications to ensure consistency and facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and development teams.

Education: Degree in National Institute of Design or National Institute of Fashion Technology will be added advantage
Experience: 3 to 6 years
