Roles: Sourcing Executive (Blue Collar)

Key responsibilities:
Job Requirements Analysis: Work with hiring managers and department heads to understand the specific skills and qualifications required for blue-collar positions.

Candidate Sourcing: Actively source and identify potential job candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and job fairs.

Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms to attract qualified blue-collar candidates.

Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications for the job.

Candidate Communication: Contact and engage with potential candidates, providing information about the job, the organization, and the application process.

Pre-screening: Conduct preliminary phone or in-person interviews to assess candidates' basic qualifications, availability, and interest in the position.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or supervisors.

Candidate Documentation: Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, including resumes, interview notes, and feedback.

Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks for selected candidates to verify their work history and qualifications.

Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process.
