Key responsibilities:
Job Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific skills, qualifications, and experience required for open positions.

Talent Sourcing: Actively source potential candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.

Job Posting: Create job descriptions and post compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms, both online and offline.

Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job's qualifications, experience, and skills.

Candidate Outreach: Contact and engage with potential candidates, providing information about the job, the company, and the recruitment process.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.

Candidate Assessment: Use structured interview techniques and assessment tools to evaluate candidates' competencies, cultural fit, and potential.

Reference Checks: Conduct thorough reference checks for selected candidates to verify their work history, skills, and qualifications.

Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.

Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future recruitment needs, creating a talent pipeline and nurturing talent communities.
