Key responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers to promote products, services, or campaigns, or to conduct surveys and collect information.

Inbound Calling: Receive and respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, or requests.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, gather contact information, and record details for potential sales or follow-up.

Product or Service Explanation: Provide detailed information about products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives, technicians, or service providers based on customer preferences.

Complaint Resolution: Listen to and address customer complaints, concerns, and issues, striving to provide effective solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.

Follow-Up Calls: Make follow-up calls to customers or prospects to check their level of interest, answer additional questions, or complete sales processes.

Data Entry: Record call details, customer information, and other relevant data in databases or CRM systems for future reference.

Quality Assurance: Adhere to call scripts, company policies, and quality standards to ensure consistent and professional communication.

Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to supervisors or management regarding customer responses, issues, or trends, and generate reports on call activities as required.
