Key responsibilities:
Curriculum Design and Delivery: Design and deliver effective, age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that align with educational standards and learning objectives.

Classroom Management: Create a positive and structured learning environment by managing classroom behavior, establishing rules, and maintaining order.

Assessment and Evaluation: Develop fair and reliable methods to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.

Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of individual students, taking into account their learning styles, abilities, and interests.

Individualized Support: Identify and address the unique needs of students, such as those with learning disabilities, special talents, or behavioral challenges, by providing appropriate support and accommodations.

Mentoring and Guidance: Serve as a mentor and guide, offering academic and career advice to help students set and achieve their goals.

Parent and Community Engagement: Foster communication and collaboration with parents and the community to ensure a holistic approach to a student's education.

Cultural Sensitivity: Create an inclusive and culturally sensitive learning environment that respects and values the diversity of students' backgrounds and experiences.

Professional Development: Continuously update knowledge and teaching skills through professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Role Model and Ethical Behavior: Demonstrate high ethical standards and act as a positive role model for students, promoting values such as respect, honesty, and responsibility.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in education industry
Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation to equivalent
