Role: Area Service Incharge

Key Responsibilities:
Service Center Management: Oversee the operations of service centers within the designated area, ensuring they meet service quality standards and customer expectations.

Dealer Support: Provide guidance and support to dealers in terms of service-related processes, technical issues, and customer service standards.

Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of service technicians, coordinators, and support staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform at their best.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that service and repairs meet the required standards and specifications.

Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive customer relationships by addressing inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of necessary components for repairs and maintenance.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze service performance reports, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service efficiency.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that service centers and dealers comply with company policies, regulations, and documentation requirements.

Cost Management: Manage the budget and expenses related to service operations, optimizing costs while maintaining service quality.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, training, and technology upgrades to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Salary - Depend on experience and current CTC
