Role: HR Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.

Onboarding: Help new employees complete necessary paperwork, orient them to company policies and procedures, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with legal requirements.

Benefits Administration: Support employees in enrolling in benefit programs, assist with benefits-related inquiries, and help manage benefits administration processes.

Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including addressing payroll-related queries.

Training and Development: Coordinate and schedule employee training and development programs, track training records, and assist with training logistics.

Performance Management: Assist in the performance review process, tracking timelines, and helping with performance documentation and feedback.

Employee Relations: Address routine employee inquiries and facilitate communication between employees and HR or management regarding various HR-related matters.

Compliance and Reporting: Help ensure that HR processes and documentation are in compliance with labor laws and regulations, and assist in generating HR reports and metrics.

Exit Procedures: Manage employee departures by conducting exit interviews, processing final pay and benefits, and ensuring the return of company property.
