Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Suppliers: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors, ensuring they meet the organization's quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Cost Analysis: Analyze and control procurement costs, seeking opportunities to reduce expenses and improve cost-efficiency.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to maintain an appropriate balance between supply and demand, avoiding excess inventory or stockouts.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that procured goods and services meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and the organization's specifications.

Supplier Performance: Continuously assess and monitor supplier performance, addressing any quality, delivery, or contractual issues.

Supply Chain Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement, such as supply chain disruptions, geopolitical risks, or supplier financial instability.

Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
