Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Develop and update the curriculum and study materials, ensuring they align with the latest exam patterns and syllabi.

Effective Teaching: Deliver high-quality lectures, explaining complex concepts clearly and using teaching aids to facilitate student understanding.

Doubt Resolution: Address students' queries and doubts, providing guidance and clarification on subject matter.

Practice Tests and Mock Exams: Create practice tests and mock exams that mimic the format and difficulty level of the actual JEE or NEET exams, helping students prepare effectively.

Individualized Coaching: Provide one-on-one support to students who need additional assistance or personalized guidance.

Monitoring Student Progress: Regularly assess students' progress through quizzes, assignments, and performance in mock exams.

Motivation and Counseling: Encourage and motivate students to stay focused, manage exam stress, and maintain a positive attitude.

Time Management: Teach students time management skills to optimize their study schedules and maximize productivity.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of changes in exam patterns, syllabi, and teaching methodologies to ensure that the teaching materials and methods remain relevant.

Parent-Teacher Communication: Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
