Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership by having a deep understanding of Java and related technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Architecture and Design: Collaborate with architects and senior developers to design software systems, ensuring that the architecture is sound and the design aligns with project goals.

Code Review and Quality Assurance: Oversee code quality by conducting code reviews, offering guidance, and enforcing coding standards to maintain high-quality Java code.

Team Management: Lead and mentor team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to meet their objectives and grow in their roles.

Project Planning: Contribute to project planning by estimating tasks, setting priorities, and creating project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Problem Solving: Act as a technical problem solver, helping the team address complex technical challenges, debugging issues, and providing technical guidance.

Communication: Foster effective communication within the team, as well as with stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is aligned with project goals and expectations.

Scalability and Performance: Ensure that Java applications are designed to scale efficiently and perform optimally, especially when handling large volumes of data or traffic.

Security and Compliance: Ensure that Java applications follow security best practices and adhere to relevant compliance standards and regulations.

DevOps and Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps teams to define deployment strategies, automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for Java applications.
