Roles: Front Desk Executive
Company Name: Career Point gurukul, Kota.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Offer a warm and friendly welcome to visitors, guests, and clients as they arrive at the organization or business.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting guests with their needs.

Telephone Handling: Answer and manage incoming phone calls, direct calls to appropriate staff, take messages, and provide information to callers.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations, and manage appointment calendars for staff and meeting rooms.

Visitor Registration: Register and sign in visitors, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor logs for security and record-keeping purposes.

Email and Correspondence: Monitor and respond to email inquiries, both from internal and external sources.

Handling Mail and Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, as well as manage outgoing mail and courier services.

Maintaining the Reception Area: Keep the front desk and reception area tidy, organized, and presentable, including arranging reading materials and maintaining office supplies.

Security Awareness: Ensure that security protocols are followed, including verifying the identity of guests and monitoring access to the premises.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, such as data entry, document preparation, and coordination of office services (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, and repairs).
