Roles: Sourcing Manager

Key responsibilities:
Supplier Selection: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting research to determine their reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and service levels.

Cost Management: Develop cost reduction strategies and optimize procurement processes to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

Supplier Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring collaboration, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.

Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement a sourcing strategy aligned with the organization's goals, considering factors like global sourcing, single vs. multiple sourcing, and supply chain risks.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that sourced goods and services meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, demand forecasting, and reorder points to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.

Contract Management: Manage and maintain supplier contracts, including reviewing contract compliance and renewals.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to make informed sourcing decisions.

Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supplier performance, cost-effectiveness, and overall procurement efficiency.
