Roles: Sourcing Supervisor

Key responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the sourcing team, including training, mentoring, and performance management.

Workflow Management: Supervise the workflow within the sourcing department, ensuring that procurement processes are followed and deadlines are met.

Vendor Selection: Collaborate with the team to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, making recommendations based on supplier capabilities and performance.

Negotiation Support: Assist in contract negotiations, helping team members secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions from suppliers.

Order Management: Oversee order placement, tracking, and fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards to ensure that sourced products and services meet the required specifications.

Cost Control: Assist in cost management and cost reduction initiatives, working to achieve savings in the procurement process.

Documentation: Ensure that all procurement documentation, contracts, and records are accurately maintained and compliant with internal policies and regulations.

Supplier Relationships: Help build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, collaborating with the team to resolve issues and improve performance.

Reporting: Prepare and analyze procurement-related reports, metrics, and KPIs to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
