Key responsibilities:

Job Posting: Create compelling job descriptions and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and company career pages.

Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job's qualifications, experience, and skills.

Candidate Outreach: Contact and engage with potential candidates, providing information about the job, the company, and the recruitment process.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.

Candidate Assessment: Use structured interview techniques and assessment tools to evaluate candidates' competencies and fit for the role.

Reference Checks: Conduct thorough reference checks for selected candidates to verify their work history, skills, and qualifications.

Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.

Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future recruitment needs, creating a talent pipeline.
